Basildon Road surgery runs a Patient participation group every 3 months for all Patients and their Carer’s to engage and share ideas and suggestions on how we run our services.
The Practice’s PPG leads are: Katie Minter & Tina Case.
Our main directive is to invite and encourage patients from all groups ie: Age, Ethnicity, Male/Female, Carers etc. to join the PPG to have a voice in what they would like the practice to offer in services for patient’s needs.
Whether we are doing things right or wrong then we want you to share it with us.
